What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the secure payment methods available at checkout. All payments are processed through trusted payment providers to help keep your information secure.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Estimated delivery times are:

European Union & Switzerland: 8–10 working days
United Kingdom: 6–10 working days
South Africa: 8–12 working days

Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, customs clearance, weather, and other circumstances beyond our control.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available after shipment.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Items must generally be unused, unworn, in their original condition and packaging, with original tags attached and proof of purchase.

How do I request a return?

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Who pays for return shipping?

Unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Please contact us as soon as possible at contact@wavehood.com if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate solution.

Do you offer exchanges?

For a different item, the fastest option is generally to return the original item after your return has been approved and then place a new order for the desired product.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds are generally processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

What is your single-size dress sizing?

Our single-size dresses are generally recommended for:

Bust: 80–98 cm
Waist: 60–82 cm
Hips: 85–106 cm
Recommended EU size: 36–42
